The operations of various sections of the organization are managed through a team of professional and trained staff recruited through transparent and competitive process. The Chief Executive (CE) leads the organization under the guidance of board of directors with the support of core professional team; comprising of Manager Programs, Manager Finance, Manager Human Resources, Manager Operations and Manager Monitoring, Evaluation & Research. All the managers head their relevant sections and lead their teams to effectively manage the work of their sections to contribute in achieving overall goal and objectives of the organization.
